Ive decided that Im going to make my son walk home from school today...little shithead needs to toughen up....plus when he gets older he'll be able to tell his kids and grandkids that paw paw TB08 used to make him walk home in the freezing snow/rain....automatic street cred

Looks like we're running up on the edge of the snow axis here in BR. Probably another .5" in the works but the heaviest stuff has probably ended for us.

I'm going to hit 4", which is about an inch off my high end thoughts last night. As in an inch over my high end thoughts.

I found it on twitter and found it hilarious and figured y'all would enjoy

Atlanta weather crew severely downplayed this. Been snowing hard for a while and it won't stop until tomorrow

So BR has 4-5 inches of snow on the ground that is NOT going to melt until sometime tomorrow. God help anyone on the roads in this town between now and then.

It's amazing that is STILL snowing at 11:45.... thought it would be long gone by now.... let's hope it doesn't rain for to long in the evening so the roads can dry or most will be screwed if they have to get out in the morning.....

If LSU closes before my 2:30 Biology exam and I have to wait another day or two to go to the camp I'm gonna have some fun tonight...

Wow.
Although I grew up in GA, I came north to attend school and stayed up here in New England so snow is always here in the winter.
However, it appears that the OP predicted this snow in LA (unheard of) more than a week ago?
Holy weatherman Batman.

It isn't going to rain where it's already snowing/has had snow. We'll have snow until stuff stops falling from the sky.

The big problem just going to be the melting before it clears out and we have a hard freeze tonight. Roads are going to be an icy mess for a good portion of tonight into tomorrow morning.

Clear skies tonight + snow on the ground. It'll get into the mid 20s without much trouble in that scenario.
