Your boss is an a-hole. It won't get above freezing til after noon, so whatever ends up on the ground tonight is gonna stay for a while.

West of Ponchatoula around 4:00 we had the most sleet we've had all day, and about 30-45 minutes ago it turned to rain.

the walk way in front of my apartment has a nice sheet of ice on it, the grass behind it is starting to get covered pretty well.

Im waiting to hear the people upstairs go sliding down the stairs

I can confirm this

Looks like a piece of energy is sliding through and this will probably be the best combo of moisture and dynamics for BTR today. Probably last 2 - 3 hours before dry air cuts things off.
