Southwest still shows mine as on time tomorrow as well.
Honestly though, NOLA weather is expected to cease at like 1AM. If they are seriously going to cancel ALL flights through Wednesday because they don't have the means to spray de-icing chemicals on their runways in time, then that's pretty embarrassing.

Getting sleet frozen rain with very few fluries now in N.O. area.

Yes, but I'm not a meteorologist. I have degrees in weather forecasting, atmospheric sciences, and have taken several graduate level courses in meteorology. I've studied at numerous schools because some of my coursework has been via distance education, but my master's degree is through Penn State. I'm also considering adding a graduate certificate in environmental studies or similar so that I can branch out and do more consulting than I already do right now.
Im studying atmospheric sciences at ULM and am starting to decide if i want to do post grad or what afterwards. If I do Im leaning towards either Texas A&M or Oklahoma but Im trying to get some more ideas on different places.
