Trader Joe’s has a 2 Buck Chuck tasting gift card. Very snobbish people though.

Martin Wine Cellers does a ton of tastings. I'm not sure if they accept the gift cards for those though so be sure to ask

There is a vineyard on the Northshore called Ponchatrain Vineyards. They are open for tastings and would make for a nice half day trip from the Southshore.

Baw, just take her out to Bacchannal on an early evening and tell her yall gonna drink all the wine they got. Do they take reservations? If so, make it for 6pm on a Saturday. Great wine selection, attractive crowd, you’ll make your wife feel young again. Can’t beat it.
