Aliens have been on this earth. Too many sightings and abduction stories for there not to be evidence. The aliens could be biblical demons. Whatever that does exist came from the creation of God. Demons being rebellious spiritual beings.

If we count a human born NOT on this planet as an alien, then I’d say it’s certainly possible.

A part of me wants to believe this is the case and that the lack of interaction we see currently is because we’re in an odd period as a civilization. Too advanced for more advanced beings to openly muck about the place population but not advanced enough to join the cosmic community.

But, I'm certain most of the ships are ours...and several have been easily explained away
Still...a few guys just film the moon with super high res cameras and telescopes and see all kinds of things crossing the face of it...

We saw aliens on earth 60 years ago

Are you saying if alien beings arrived on earth, your conclusion would be that must be demons because god created everything?
Maybe we are the aliens. Maybe a group crashed here, came here and got stuck, or colonized, etc, got left behind and forgotten. It was so long ago we’ve long forgotten who we are or how we got here. Or maybe we are an alien kid’ board game (under the dome by King).
Or maybe they come down and vaporize us.
Also, while it’s said jokingly, maybe they all know we are here and want no pet of us.
Who knows, but there’s definitely other life out there.
