Red 40, along with other dyes are considered a carcinogen. The thing is, so many products we use have dye....cereal, icing, soda, little debbie cakes, bbq sauce, juice, candy, etc.

You can self-test for M&M cancer. Stick your middle and index finger in your butt all the way to the knuckles and wiggle your fingers for 30 seconds. If your eyes water you have the cancer.
