There is no other way for Hayes to have gotten out of his truck with the gun other than being in his hand where he put the gun from that point maybe of question
Hayes admitted to getting out of the car with a gun in his hand when he encountered Smith

Specifically, that he's now quoted as stating he left the vehicle with his gun while his friend gave an interview where he is very, very, very specifically said to have had his gun when he left the vehicle.
and we are back at this
Ramon Antonio Vargas ?@RVargasAdvocate 23m23 minutes ago
Fuller alluding to how other witnesses have said that they can't place a gun in Hayes' hand at the beginning of the interaction with Smith.
i tend to believe the people involved in the altercation and on the scene

Point of view and gun placement

quote:quote:like I said, maybe smith was still moving. its a non factor to me.
Everyone knows this.
I'm just saying he fired two shots first. And then paused, he took steps towards him and unloaded the rest of his gun into him in the back.
That's not going to work out for him.
quote:quote:what a surprise
its a non factor to me.

what a surprise
not surprised you are making a big deal of it when it is a commonly taught technique.
Pausing is part of the technique he claims is commonly taught. Then I asked him to clarify.

You're not taught to pause.

what?

When did Hayes say that? He hasn't testified and not sure if I heard that he will take the stand.
I didn't say Hayes said it in the testimony. I said he's being quoted as having said it.

McGaw was at Half Moon Bar - off duty - when wreck happened and shots rang out. He recorded Hayes saying he exited SUV with gun. @wdsu — Travers Mackel (@TraversWDSU) December 7, 2016

Was it part of the 911 call tape?
yes, or at least said to the off duty officer

Yeh, he just showed how you got confused
He is referring to firing multiple shots, and neutralizing the threat. It is clear as day he was not saying pausing is the taught technique

. diat never once referenced the pause, nor said pausing is the technique.
He said the whole thing was commonly taught, and teh pause was in there. That's on him, not me. But make excuses for your guy, whatever.

Like O'Neal and Hayes?
Both have admitted he exited the vehicle with the gun

obviously the gun was in his hands at some point
did he get out with the gun concealed?

It's not though, when the pause was the whole point of Fun Bunch's post. The pause was what was bad.
Posted on 12/7/16 at 5:13 pm to LNCHBOX
why didnt you post the next post?
I never once said that pausing was a commonly taught technique. how ignorant are you?
quote:
pause? 9 shots in 10 seconds. there wasnt much pause. he shot twice, smith probably fell into the vehicle and still moving so he re-aimed and shot till he didnt have any bullets left.
I never once said that pausing was a commonly taught technique. how ignorant are you?

Nothing that happened after the 2nd crash meshes with Hayes coming out of the car with a gun.
-Hernandez trying to fight someone doesn't happen if Hayes has a gun
-Will Smith & Hayes hand jockeying doesnt happen if he has a gun
-Raquel Smith getting in between the 2 doesnt happen if Hayes has a gun
From O'Neal's mouth:
quote:
“What kind of person,” Kevin asks one day, “sees a guy like Bear, someone that big, standing there with a gun, and keeps coming at him?”

Then the point of Fun Bunch's post that I first quoted was lost on you. The pause was the big issue.
You said it was a non factor for you since it was commonly taught.

Hayes had on a multicolored shirt.
O'Neal was wearing a red shirt.

Can you move on from the commonly thought technique and keep this on topic?
