On the 911 call, Cardell Hayes is heard saying "I got out the car, the gun was in my hand." This was played at motions.

So. Is that reasonable?

but when did he get out?

did smith and his crew already run up on the hummer?

You want the jury to ignore the legal definitions because of your opinion. Sorry for calling that scary.

Daniels appears to have found major flaws in Dooley initial statements to NOPD and what's she's testifying to at trial. @wdsu

If that is the case, it makes it pretty easy. Ballgame.

Is the 911 tape going to be played for the jury?

So what if they did?

You can't respond with a goddamn gun.

What don't you people understand about this? Hayes getting out with a gun makes him the aggressor. Period.

I am telling you how people work. The jury also shouldnt let the saints pandering the prosecution is using move their opinion, but it will. I am a human. I think it is reasonable to grab a gun when two angry men approach your vehicle. I cant wipe that from my brain

Disagree all you want, but there is no need for you demeaning elite attitude you always bring into every thread

or he could have done the thing normal people do. Call the police and report a hit and run and give the other car's plate.

And I'm telling you that's scary. As a college educated person, you should know better. Yet here you are saying the legal definitions don't matter.

That's fricking scary when you're supposed to be ruling on the law.

It absolutely could. But that would still mean it moved their opinion.....

I think the getting out of the vehicle is the big issue. If he got out brandishing the weapon, that is definitely not good. If he got out with it concealed, not a big deal in my opinion.

Neither woman has said they saw a gun up to this point, so I have to believe it was concealed.

Fun Bunch has been telling you the last two pages. You're still ignoring it. How about you post a law that backs up your opinion that goes against the guy that does it for a living?

I agree with this as well. I also think he should have stayed in the vehicle with his gun

Hayes fricked up this night. I have never once argued otherwise
