I think the Manslaughter was a fitting charge, and I think justice was served.

There is no way I could keep up with who said what, who changed their mind, all I know is that I said 2 weeks that Hayes would walk out of the courtroom a free man..then after the case got underway and started listening to the testimony and the way Fuller handled this case, I had a feeling he was going down on manslaughter....
However, I did say and will say it again...if Hayes had a better attorney and not some clown like Fuller, I think it's at least a hung jury or mistrial.......

bullshite. I was simply not sentencing the guy to death until after the evidence was presented. You and tigress were tarding it up with prejudicial statements. Turned out you were right on the outcome. Not bad for a sainttard
