87 has literally talked out of every side of his arse for 8 months but has always argued in favor of Hayes against the Hayes is Guilty camp. Why don't you post after that I would still vote manslaughter even though the application of the law wouldn't say to?
And that is when prententious lnch first said I would frightening on a jury....
And are you really going to call out posters for talking out of their arse?

Yep. I can 100% there were times I thought he would actually walk. But in the end after the case was over, and throughout the last 8 months, my gut feeling was manslaughter. But like I said, there were honest times when I thought he would leave a free man
I am a huge a-hole, but what separates me from lnch and chad, is I can admit when I was mistaken, and have discourse with other posters on the other side.
They simply can't do either. Lnch and chad are digging in and would have you believe he was not for murder 2, and didnt think that would be the charge. It is amazing

Just to clarify, I think you're wrong. Manslaughter is a form of homicide, but not murder.
