Napoli: At any point was there a panic brake in this case?
Sunseri: None in this case.

He could've turned as he heard the first two shots. Good try.

So Hayes is still guilty of attempted murder in your scenario.

Somewhere between the shot to his side and the 4th shot he managed to get his feet turned to face passenger side, collapse and expire. Side shot could not happen with his feet in the final position.

"He's not applying his brakes until the last half a second," Sunseri says of Hayes. Closing velocity 15.6 mph, crash expert says. The delta.

Crash expert says Hayes was not hitting accelerator or the breaks. Most distracted drivers have foot on accelerator in crashes. #WillSmith

It seems as though neither side wanted to discuss specifics of the body positioning.

Sunseri says it didn't look like Hayes attempted to stop and this appeared to be an intentional crash.

he was coasting when he should have been applying brakes, he hit brakes at half second until crash impact and dropped from 21 to 15.6

The cross will be interesting.

I got no dog in this fight and I hate lawyers. Take your childish "he said, you said" bullshite elsewhere. I'm here to discuss the trial, not prove I'm a fricking smartass like you.

So Hayes was going 17 mph when Hummer H2 rammed iSmiths SUV. No "panic braking." "It has all the markings of an intentional crash.": Sunseri

can we define panic breaking

can we define panic breaking
Panic braking is emergency braking, Sunseri said. Example is mashing brakes if car in front stops. Might leave skid marks.
Posted on 12/9/16 at 10:46 am to Chad504boy
So Hayes DID intentionally ram him
Posted on 12/9/16 at 10:46 am to Chad504boy
quote:So breaking from 21 to 15.6 in a 1/2 second is "slightly concerned breaking"
