What are you claiming here? 5 seconds to slow down from 20-15 in a panic situation? 20-0 in a panic? No way either of those will take 5 seconds.

Daniels: did you do any physical inspection of either vehicle?
Sunseri: Not for this crash.

John Simerman ?@johnsimerman 5m5 minutes ago Under cross, Sunseri says he didn't do any inspection of brakes, etc. He's a data-cruncher, he says.
I understand why the defense didn't want to agree that he was an expert.
He crunches data and didn't look at the vehicles.

Well I'll just let the legal experts here figure it out
Don't want to jump to any conclusions

Lauren Bale ?@LaurenBaleWWLTV Crash expert says Hayes was not hitting accelerator or the breaks. Most distracted drivers have foot on accelerator in crashes. #WillSmith
It was rt3 and LaurenBale that first mentioned hitting the "breaks"
Trolled the wrong person
Point for chad

How does that affect his testimony?

Are saying the Hummer had faulty brakes, and that's what caused the crash?

If he crunches data from a computer and hasn't looked at the vehicles it makes it appear that he isn't an expert in accident reconstruction.

If you want to play lead investigator you have to take into account that your vehicle is not heavier than a hummer chief
Posted on 12/9/16 at 10:59 am to Mr. Hangover
I drive a hummer, chief.
Not really.
Not really.

Yep, and we're getting the words from reporters who are typing as fast as they can, summarizing (thus changing words) and picking what they feel is important.

I never said that.
You and chad need to put your little fricking helmets on, sit in the corner, shut the frick up, and eat paste together.

That's why I am asking. Did the State parade him as a accident expert or a vehicle expert? I didn't see the original information from when the witness was called so I genuinely dont know.

Neither of them will take anywhere near 5 seconds. It will be significantly less.
