Proof that Smith hit Hayes?
I'll wait

Is it not hard to imagine that Hayes was following and trying to get a pic of the license plate when Smith stopped and Hayes then ran into him?
Testimony was that Smith had to be held back. I've been in several accidents. I've been a tad pissed when it wasn't my fault but I've never had to be held back and I've never tried to fight the offender. I've had two that were my fault, the other guy never had to be held back.
Ever been in a situation where your adrenaline is pumping and your trying to call 911 and you fat finger keys, maybe your phone app freezes (my iphone phone app freezes all the time)?
If you're a tad open minded, it's not hard to see this both ways and that the tragedy is all around it.

Maybe, but in no way is this punishable by death from seven gun shot wounds to the back.

I think most here agree with this. But we still need an explanation of how it got to an unarmed man being shot 7 times in the back.

Smith with a .235 BAC
How many drinks does it take for a guy of Smith'a size to get that drunk?

Side shot, Huber said, "consistent with his trunk being upright." Goes to state case Smith wasn't bent over in SUV, reaching in glovebox.

Doesn't have anything to do with the trial but when did chicken put the Christmas lights up.

I believe the video shows him hitting Hayes. Of course, you will disagree so it doesn't matter.

If he was upright for the side shot, I would imagine it was probably the first shot. No science to base that off of, but I think I would not be standing after getting shot in the side.

that would also mean his BACK is to his car at the moment he's first shot
completely destroys the defense argument of Smith going for his gun

Smith upright, not bending over into SUV, Racquel was even shot first, First hand neutral witness said Smith was doing nothing deserving to be shot.

pardon my memory but has the defense or any witness even argued this yet? Maybe in opening, can't remember.

He also said he was concentrated on Hernandez.

How can there be no written report by a crash expert??

No written report by Sunseri. Smart move by DA. Didn't have to hand it over

He wouldn't have answered affirmatively. Will did nothing deserving of being shot.

oh look... the defense doesn't want to classify the accident reconstruction guy as an expert
I wonder why

Court deems Sunseri an expert witness.
