Court deems Sunseri expert in crash reconstruction and crash data retrieval and analysis. No surprise. ADA Napoli starts direct exam.

We are discussing it. Why do you always choose me to call out? Why not pride, tigahjay, or any of the others doing the exact same thing?

OK ... why would there be no written report by the crash expert? I get htat it wouldn't have to be handed over but you can't surely remember every detail right???

No written report by Sunseri. Smart move by DA. Didn't have to hand it over (John Simerman)

That's not surprising, but obviously proves nothing regarding to a hit actually happening. I still think that first incident is largely irrelevant to the case at hand though.

It was directed at you and everyone else. You have a history of over arguing and derailing threads.

First shot at Will. But here's your technicality cookie. Will was not leaning in SUV when he was first shot.

Sunseri: Mercedes was going about 25 MPH then 24 MPH. Its brakes were activated before Hummer hit it.

John Simerman ?@johnsimerman 2m2 minutes ago
Sunseri: 5 secs prior to crash, Smith's Mercedes going 25mph, then 24, then brakes on, 23,22,21,18,14,11,7,5, down to 2 before impact.

Sunseri calls Smith's braking a gradual "normal" stop "like you would stop for a signal light."

So the coroner testimony was rather quick with fewer details than I thought would be discussed. Or at least that is being reported via twitter.

defense really only was spitting around distance of the shot... I guess there wasn't much to argue, prosection mostly exclaimed about importance of side shot.

He could've turned as he heard the first two shots. Good try.
