2 guns in vehicles, vehicles towed then recovered, they are still recovered from a scene... Right?

It would be bizarre to have a "trick up his sleeve" and not have the examiner admitting that there was gun powder residue on smith.

I wholeheartedly agree. I thought for sure that he must have some proof that Smith did have gunshot residue when he asked about the shooting range earlier in the trial.

well, to be fair, im not even sure if this expert would be the one testifying to that.

whoever examined smith's body would be the witness to testify that gun shot residue was present on him.

Would the ballistics expert be the one testifying about residue and where it was found or would it be someone else like the medical examiner?

That isn't the crime scene. That would then be considered vehicles removed from the crime scene.

Part of the problem is we are trying to interpret much of this with 140 characters or less.

Short recess before lead detective Bruce Brueggeman likely next witness. We can anticipate Fuller attacking police investigation in full.

i guess Fuller will unload here, i feel like 90% of Fuller's public trial he's displayed for 7 months has been over corruption and this and that smoke and mirrors.

He's got to do that. The hard facts don't help him a lot.

hes a defense attorney

when you're a defense attorney:

If the facts arent in your favor, argue the law

When the law isnt in your favor, argue the facts

When neither are in your favor, attack the police

I thought she said her back was turned as they were walking back to the vehicle? I am fairly certain she did not testify that she say Hayes shoot smith

He's never denied it as far as I'm aware. And isn't he on video/recording admitting to it?

i know she said she didn't see him shoot her. she said something about unable to crawl to him or something. i'm nearly positive that she witnessed hayes shooting her husband and stand over him screaming afterwards in some form or fashion.
