The rest of her testimony will probably be good info, but come on. You can't be presented as an expert and frick up that quickly.
If I was Fuller, I'd bring it up, even though it is trivial.

Not much of an expert when she doesn't know the difference between a magazine and a clip.
a) was that a direct quote from him or just a tweet from Vargas to fit the chracter limit?
b) I'm sure he knows the difference. He could just be speaking colloquially to a jury.
I don't think the jury is going to go OH MY GOD at that.
Seriously.

Was it even a direct quote? How do we know the person who tweeted it didn't make the mistake?

Gotcha. Petty common mistake Id say. (not for a ballistics expert, but in general)

Maybe he just tweeted clip but the expert in fact said magazine?

Still not answering the question.

Well, Smith wasn't one of the two, so that has zero relevance to anything.

Yes, we've already established what an insane lunatic you are.
Aren't you the guy who knows Hayes, as well?

Hopefully not. Hopefully used clip instead of magazine due to 140 character limit. But should have used mag

link?
All I am doing in this thread is to provide in depth knowledge to the trash that Will and Raquel Smith are.

I don't know
If Fuller needs to discredit the witness testimony and that is what she said then it is very easy to bring it up.
May seem minor but if you are an expert you should not be calling them them the same thing.
I know. I know. Case Law blah blah blah. you don't have to respond. You will just change your opinion later anyway.

I think this case is going to boil down to whether the jury believes that the little Hernandez fricker was aggressive enough overall to make Hayes fearful for his life over on the other side of the car. I have not made up my own mind, I want to see what evidence the defense presents to justify the shooting of Smith (as opposed to Hernandez)
Keep in mind that we have no idea what the mood in the courtroom is, or how convincing the lines we are reading are perceived by a jury. Juries will focus on the smallest, inane shite sometimes.

What are you talking about? Seriously.
The defense stipulated she's an expert. Calling it a clip won't be brought up. Its actually quite stupid to even think it would matter.
The gun powder residue could be a significant issue.

could be ada calling it a clip

Ramon Antonio Vargas ? @RVargasAdvocate
Acosta testifying that all the evidence collected from the scene and from Smith's autopsy were fired by the same . 45.

(2/2) We've been told Hayes' gun the night Smith was killed was a .45

I agree, it would totally move away from the point they want to get to.

I agree with everything you said. Most importantly, that juries will focus on the smallest inane shite sometimes. You know that's why the prosecution is playing up the Saints aspect, and parading players. Try to get their focus on WS being a Saint. I would do the same thing.
And that's how most defenses work. They know the facts will convict, so you focus the jury on some small, inane mistake made by the police, and boom, convince them of a frame up.
See OJ.
