If you re-read my original post i never said that. theres multiple factors but it doesn't make my point invalid.
My point i was trying to get across is that Louisiana citizens have generally ignorant views on the changing climate which is ironic considering the state is one of the most at risk places in the world .Its not a matter of if its when
