Well, I'm no marriage counselor but you probably should talk to her about it. Best case scenario is she's okay with getting rid of it (or forgot she even had it) and you both can move on. Hopefully she doesn't justify why it's "different" for her somehow but be prepared for that.

Notes should be tossed without hesitation. Who cares about the CD. Pictures of her close to or kissing the men should be tossed and all others should be kept for memories, after all, she did have a life before you.
