Depends on how many calls they answered, and how many they answer everyday they work. Just my experience, but they really dont get time to just sit and write reports.

Nope. Not in BR. There are incidences in my neighborhood that happen all the time. Not saying they’re all newsworthy but you would think when a white homeless drug addict is found on a black family’s roof - someone would hear about it. But no.
