Go to your nearest GNC store or Walmart. Look for a green bottle with a yellow lid. Its called tart cherry pills. Start taking those. When they get in your system they will work wonders. You're welcome.

I had a similar experience a few years ago, and I couldn't get a shoe on for 5 days. The doctor thought it was gout, but I had been eating really healthy.

My uric acid level was in range and a x-ray didn't show anything. I ended up going to a podiatrist and got another x-ray that showed a bone chip in my big toe joint.

I still haven't had the chip removed, but it hasn't bothered me in two years. Knock on wood

Gout can be hereditary or bc of lifestyle. I’ve had it for years and will have jt for the rest of my life.

Advil and all that shite won’t do shite if your having a real gout attack. I take allopurnol everyday and it’s changed my life. When I do get a flare I’d take indomethcin or colchicine but the colchicine doesn’t work as well for me.

I wouldn’t wish it on my worse enemy shite hurts.

Prednisone will fix it short term but you need to see a specialist. You will probably be prescribed allopurinol, which will fix it if it’s not RA. Stay away from the purines which is in most everything. Good luck brother, I hope yours wasn’t as bad as mine.

If my toe hurt all the time like it does when I have a flare up I'd cut the sumbitch off.

I'm not on allopurinol but do keep colchicine and indomethacin on hand.

I cut out anything with corn syrup from my diet, and avoid anything processed and that has helped me tremendously.

I still drink beer, eat beef and seafood and I now only get a flare about twice a year.

Have you had the vaccine recently ? I know someone who developed gout a week after first vaccine. Supposedly this is a side effect.

I think this confirms that it’s a flesh-eating bacteria.

1. You’ll know if it’s this because it will eat your foot off rather quickly. Also did you have an open wound in that area? If not, it won’t get infected with FEB

2. Gout can be caused by a diet high in meat particularly red meat. Don’t have to be fat

Take 800mg of Ibuprofen (Aleve) in the morning and early evening

Stopped reading right there as it is clear you don’t know what you are talking About, ibuprofen is Advil or Motrin, aleve is naproxen sodium, both nsaids but completely different, and I would not take 800 mg of aleve

Rubbing dirt on it might be what got me in this mess. My theory is that I spent several hours in the sound at Navarre beach playing with the kids the day before onset. It seems pretty obvious that I’ve contracted a flesh-eating bacteria. I even started antibiotics and prednisone that I had laying around and within a couple hours the pain has subsided as long as I don’t try to walk. I think this confirms that it’s a flesh-eating bacteria.

brilliant, you have been diagnosed by Dr. Googleine Shadetree and have been prescribed meds by Dr. Olgoi Dumbass, congrats on the upcoming amputation after sepsis expands through you body

You don't have to be fat to get gout you dumbass.

I get it and I'm perfectly fit, but my body lacks enzymes to break down uric acid from purines.

Read a little.

Sounds like gout. It’s hereditary. My father had it, grandfather, and now myself. Every time I eat shrimp it flares up.
