To me your choice seems very logical and that should be the right for others. Being forced to endure the emotional suffering and medical bills associated with the heart surgeries seems archaic when we have the technology to predict these sort of things.
Also, anyone who think a woman impregnated by rapist should be force to bear his child is a sick frick.
No abortion , without exceptions is some 3rd world authoritarianism.
The lack of separation of Church and state is going to ruin this country.

The basic problem we had is that once the baby was born in the state of Texas we had no say in what would happen. If the state wanted to attempt to keep the baby alive through whatever means necessary we had no say. Doctor said the death would be certain and painful
Willing to travel to another state for abortion but not to give birth somewhere that you had more say in pushing not to save baby???
Since this had to be any time before May 2009 what did the specific Texas law state that didn’t give you any say in wanting baby to die once born forcing you to go to Kansas to abort baby instead? Did the law just expect doctors to try and save the baby?
quote:
George Tiller
Tiller ran 1 of 3 late term abortion clinics in the country at the time. His business was from out of state. Couple of months before his murder he was found not guilty after being charged with almost 20 misdemeanors by a pro-abortion state AG for getting around the state’s late term abortion ban by using a doctor tied to him financially to sign off on medical need for abortion in 2003. Case had a change in judges along with some thinking new AG wasn’t actually trying to win. Harsher charges by previous AG were dismissed by one judge and with grand jury attempts to investigate more that Tiller tried to stop the new pro-abortion AG filed misdemeanor charges. Other investigations into later years were stopped by his murder.
He advertised late term abortions, made a lot of money, got off on attention labeling his staff freedom fighters and so on.
quote:
Confident and dryly mischievous, he told friends he had come to see himself as a general in an epic cultural war to keep abortion legal, to the point of giving employees plaques designating them “Freedom Fighters.”
His willingness to abort fetuses so late in pregnancies put him at the medical and moral outer limits of abortion. Yet he portrayed those arrayed against him as religious zealots engaged in a campaign whose aim was nothing less than to subjugate women.
“If a stake has to be driven through the heart of the anti-abortion movement,” he said, “I want to have my hand on the hammer.”
…The vast majority of women seeking late-term abortions from Dr. Tiller’s clinic were from other states, records and testimony show.
Dozens more came each year from Canada and other countries…
…When late-term abortions were done, Dr. Tiller typically injected a lethal drug into the fetus’s heart, then induced labor after the heart stopped. The entire process typically took several days
… Based on Dr. Tiller’s sworn testimony, his clinic grossed at least $1.5 million in 2003 from late-term abortions, a small fraction of the total number of abortions his clinic performed. On average, he charged $6,000 for a late-term abortion, and by his calculation the clinic’s profit margin was 38 percent.

It amuses me that people use potential illnesses as an excuse. Aww my baby isn’t going to be perfectly normal that’s too much work!

Look at you a liberal assuming gender and all.
To your point though. What the hell did the baby do? The baby is just as innocent here and would be the good miracle to come out of an awful evil situation.
I guess letting an innocent child live makes me sick? I get I’m more conservative on that than most and won’t vote against someone writing in an exception but I don’t get why people always instantly jump to killing a child because of rape. Castrate the rapist, maybe make it capital offense level crime. However the child is innocent here

Sounds like he listened to a lot of sermons where he was ushering

you are the 4th one today to post the same copy paste made up BS story
If you’ve found this, post the link. Otherwise, it’s pretty shitty to call someone out with zero basis, other than the fact that you disagree with his ideals and are pissed about it.

Wife had an abortion so here's our story.
This story's better off on the OT. The smooth brains on the poli-board don't give a shite and believe you gave God the middle finger.

Was there some TD poll asking for personal stories that I missed?
Good grief. Everyone had their personal stories about owning rifles and not killing innocent people after a school shooting. Now you’re mad that the personal stories don’t agree with the majority on here.

You motherfrickers are crawling out of the woodwork with the same shite story today, huh?
It’s over libtard. It’s done. No more Roe. No
More federal protection. You can still
Get an abortion. Daddy Fed just won’t drive you to it. Deal with it.
