Because the Whites made up the rule, and for some strange reason, the Blacks have been brainwashed into interpreting it as pride.

It depends on what crime they committed as to what race news channels will refer to them as.
Example:
If they've killed or harmed a black person, then they are white.
If they've killed or harmed a white person, their race isn't reported at all.

Depends how they look as race is generally determined by strangers based upon appearance. If said person looks black they are going to be judged black by most that see them. I have niece who is mixed, raised completely by the white side, acts and generally leans heavily towards her white ancestory yet upon appearance most consider her black because she looks it.

All I know is that is you are a mixed race white/black girl with frizzy (not tight black curls) hair and have some freckles, you will 100% be cast in all tv commercials.

Probably the one drop rule back in the day. Sometimes the fact that our ancestors were actually racist gets lost in all the dumb shite going on today (dei, legalized racist hiring policies, woke idiots, ect).
