Nebraska always seems like a hidden gem when these lists come out.

Thank you for posting that. Southern states are the biggest leeches.

So pot is legal in Maine??? Interesting.......

Was completely legal in some southern Maine towns and Portland before state wide legalization this past November. It has literally changed nothing in the state as most cops that find weed usually just make people dump it before as it's no big deal.

My buddy is waiting for his license to have the first pot cafe in the country.

agree, but land locked =

How and the hell is SC getting double what Louisiana gets? We are poor af

Also the amount of recourses that flow through our ports and pipelines should have La residents getting a yearly permanent fund check like Alaskans. Our politicians got bent over. Kingfish should have read 'Art of the Deal'

It's Libs fleeing because they ruined their states by voting for tax and spend progs and now they're moving to red states so they can keep voting the same way and ruin our states.

We're online for those in November. Over regulation is a horrible thing for the weed industry,.

It's not bad at all but gets cold as hell and has crazy pop up storms like I'd never seen before. I mean 80 mph winds out of nowhere. There's nothing in the entire state outside of Omaha and Lincoln but both of those cities are nice.

Yeah, but they have good rivers and wide open spaces. I'm sure Nebraska is very nice for an outdoorsman. Just from what everything I've read, if you want a nice safe place with good opportunity to raise a family and live comfortably, go to Nebraska.

SC is poor af, too. But that stat did surprise me.

Man, if it weren't for family, I'd leave the south tomorrow.

There's plenty of white trash in the south, they just tend to not be as violent.

Can we lay a diversity map on top of those?

A nice mid sized city free of culture and trailer trash seems ideal.

see CA, AZ.

Lived in AZ for 7 years and this was one of the bigger complaints I heard. CA folks would come in (their money went a long way in AZ) and start trying to recreate their SoCal community in the middle of these mostly red communities. Didn't go over too well.

This is my ideal location too. Unfortunately my job is pretty concentrated in metro areas 400-500k and up. I have no desire to live in a place as big as Houston.

Most culture less cities suck though, with a few notable exceptions.
