And just to nitpick, the actual number is between $100-$300 billion depending on how much the source hates Joos. And 90-99% of that money is spent directly with US defense contractors which is then funneled indirectly to Congress who sends the money.

You're misunderstanding "release". Release really meant form a committee to review the files and then let us know what was in them. The committee is still reviewing the files. Be patient.
