Why don’t more people who believe in evolution advocate for Darwinism in people?

There are alot of people that profess to believe in natural selection, yet almost none of them are lobbying to stop providing life saving drugs for chronic conditions for example (it is typically the opposite see universal health coverage). These are often some of the same people trying to get people to live healthier via stop smoking programs, no fast food, seatbelt laws, etc.

If those people truly believed in evolution, wouldn’t they want the weakest and dumbest people to die off so that our species can improve?

I don’t think you understand what any of the science behind evolution / natural selection even means to make such an asinine jump.

It’s the opposite. Man has evolved with a cerebral cortex that has allowed us to progess so that we can invent things that extends our lives and allows us longer time to procreate.

Huh? I believe in the theory of gravity but I'm not advocating for people jumping off cliffs.

So evolution has stopped for man but continues on for other species?

Wouldn't this require them dying before they reproduce?

Just because they believe in evolution doesn't mean they're cool with their loved one dying from cancer.

I believe the climate is changing (regardless of cause), but I don't want it to keep changing.

Just because you believe Natural Selection DOES happen, doesn't mean you believe it SHOULD happen.

Do you understand?

Humans have evolved to the point where individuals can contribute more than just gametes to the development of our species.

So man has artificially taken natural selection out of the equation for his evolution?

Uh You can still believe in evolution and still have a heart and not want to see people die

If natural selection produces the fittest over time, and created man, why shouldn’t it happen? Or is man’s evolution complete?

I don’t think so, not if you truly believe that the process of evolution produces the best that a species can achieve.
