I am fine with naming it after Armstrong. But before N.O. goes through all of that, they may want to investigate before they rename it after him, or anyone else. God forbid he told a woman back in the day "you have nice gams" or some other non P.C. crap. it is 2020 people. I always laughed when I was a kid and the teacher said "that is going on your permanent record." Looks like that permanent record shite is real.

IIRC Lee Circle is close to the WWII museum. They should take the whole thing down and put up a giant American flag. Call it veterans circle or Freedom circle or America circle or Victory circle.
