My only problem with TMobile is that it seems like I get is significant number of calls that never ring and then I get a voicemail 15 minutes later if they leave one.

I haven't physically been inside a carrier store in 15+ years. This is your own fault.

I switched from Verizon to TMobile. Works just as well and is significantly cheaper. However, the store clerks knowledge sucks and it does take forever.

Something I found out recently on last phone upgrade. you dont need the phone store. I wanted and Iphone 14 pro and nobody had one so I ordered it. Came to the house and took 15 min to fire it up...
