Bc roads are racist, therefore they are being forced into riskier lifestyles and the cycle continues bc the bad white man keeps the down. Well that is what this administration would say, but possibly even in a leas coherent way than that

I read an article several years ago on this subject. It stated the reason for the high AIDS cases in heterosexual Africans was untreated venereal disease. This caused lesions on genitals allowing the virus a pathway into the blood stream. That and resistance to condom use. Seems plausible.

I read an article several years ago on this subject. It stated the reason for the high AIDS cases in heterosexual Africans was untreated venereal disease. This caused lesions on genitals allowing the virus a pathway into the blood stream. That and resistance to condom use. Seems plausible.

Most likely due to a lack of adequate health care. There is a drug available which is about 95% effective in preventing HIV infection...it can cost close to $30K a year. Lower incomes impact all health issues. Black Americans earn about 65% of the average salary of white Americans.
