You are 98 degrees. Water isn't going to pool on the surface.

What an odd way to quantify liquid volume.
Because (3.5^3/12^3)62.4= 1.5 lbs. The solution to; what volume of water weighs 1.5 pounds.
You could argue that urine weighs more than 62.4 pounds per cubic foot, but it can be considered negligible.

You have digested most of the food & liquid sitting in your stomach.

You know when it’s cold and you breath out and you can see all the moisture freezing from your breath?
That happens all the time.

Check your math...
1.5 lb / 62.4 lb/ft3 x (12^3)in3/ft3 = 41.5 cubic inches
That is about 700mL which is close to a bottle of wine.

You inhale O2 and exhale CO2 - you’ll never guess where that “C” comes from.

41.5 cubic inches = 3.46 inch cube Rounded off to 3.5"

My morning pee is around 20 oz
That’s roughly 1.25 pounds right there

Now I get what you were saying - a cube that is 3.5 inches on each side. Not 3.5 cubic inches.

You are going to burn around a quarter pound worth of calories overnight.
The rest is water lost from exhaling and sweat, plus initial day’s urine.
Just checked it out.
For every gram of air you breath in, you exhale
around 0.013 g of carbon and more than 0.02 g of water vapor.
It doesn’t sound like much but it adds up.

A better question is why are so much colder when you wake up in the morning compared to when you fall asleep

Insensible loss through lungs and skin plus how ever much urine you make overnight is the bulk of the equation - each 500 ml is roughly 1 lb. If you defecate before weighing, add that to the mix as well. The surface area of the lungs and skin together is quite large, so quiet an ample loss occurs without one even knowing it.
