Why do you bring your SEC team colors to the beach?

Why do people go to the beach and deck out in their SEC team colors? LSU flag, tent, chairs, hats, yeti cups, flip flops, etc.
Who gives a frick? Go enjoy the beach and leave sports behind for a few days.

I see where you’re going, but some people may not have multiple pop ups and such. Also, when I do wear a cap it’s an LSU cap......that’s ok.
