I know plenty of baws including myself who work outside in the extreme heat, often times for long grueling hours, and mostly take it in stride with minimal complaining

My wife is a teacher of small children. She works in a climate controlled environment and goes home in the early afternoon. Mostly she does basic paperwork, works with the kids, and watches the same 4 videos on Tik Tok over and over again.

Every day after work she is stressed out and ready to fricking explode. Why is it that women are so terrible at stress management and refuse to make simple adjustments to control what they can control?

After coming out of a Haze of staring at a cell phone all day, it stresses people out when they snap back to reality.

I don’t think it has anything to do with the occupation….

They’re working twice as hard as they care way more about image than most males.

Women have a tendency to get a lot more emotionally invested in their work than men do.

Women aren't quick decision makers. They're all emotion.

Your job probably isn't stressful at all and is manual labor, which relieves stress.

Her job is hell from a mental aspect.

It's kind of why you baws on here hate the idea of kid birthday parties and familly events with lots of kids unless you can get drunk while attending.

I'll work 7 16s in 100 degree heat anytime over being stuck in a room with other people's kids for 5 hours. Hell I don't like being stuck with my own kids that long.

If you think dealing with hundreds of pages of paperwork each day is a breeze, then why aren’t you in on the action?
