I just really despise the attitude that you are projecting in this thread.

It wreaks of massive insecurity and projection.

I would say this has to be a troll, but you have a long history of being a total idiot so I actually believe you believe what you’re saying

I honestly think you have a point.

When he first started taking his cars to Indy, Roger Penske made sure all the cars were clean and detailed. No one was doing this; they were just dirty racecars.

Of course, The Captain has won more 500s than anyone and is an extremely successful businessman.

I saw you. You got a haircut and an uppity walking stick while you said, 'James, bring the Rolls. down to the shepherds field by the bungalow.'

If you dress like arse it shows you don’t have any respect for the place you are going or the people around you. If that doesn’t bother you then OK. It should though.

This is like I’m talking to my mother. She gets on this kick.

Who am I impressing? People I don’t know and don’t talk to.

Their opinion doesn’t matter one bit to me.

Quality on everything has gone down in the past 100 years. Cutting costs and raising prices. People can't afford the nicer things any longer.

Just look at buildings from 100+ years ago that were built out of limestone. That rarely happens these days. Everything is built on the cheap.

Show your family you respect them by keeping your collared shirt on after work and not switching into a t shirt and gym shorts.

"Nice" for me is a polo (untucked), khaki shorts or jeans, flip flops or running shoes

I live in Texas. Most people here don’t dress nice anymore

I worked in the office for many years where I had to dress business casual daily and tie if we had clients coming in.

My job changed to fully remote 7 years ago so now I dress in shorts/TShirt/cap daily like a teenager

I'm just now getting to the point where I'll wear a t shirt or a free fly type hoody outside of the house

When you wear polos and button downs exclusively forever, you feel sloppy in anything else. I've worn white tennis type polos as a pool/boat/beach shirt for years

to be clear, I don't WANT to be like this, so I'm stopping
