Why do people cry about the heat in Louisiana like every summer isn't the exact same? You've lived here your whole life. Stop acting like you didn't know it was going to be hot and humid. Anyone else hate hearing everyone cry about this?

I’ve made a point for about 20 years now to remember this. “It’s never been this hot” bullshite you said this last year, plus our hottest summer was in the summer of 1980. It’s always been like this.

I certainly have not complained about it this year but it does seem like we skipped Spring this year. It went from chilly to hot as balls at the flip of a switch.

Yeah there definitely wasn't an acclimation period. I would imagine this will probably close to the hottest June on record, for the Mobile area.

The older I get it seems the less I am able to tolerate the heat.
A/C doesn’t help either,never get acclimated to the heat like I did when I was growing up without A/C.
That being said,if I knew I had to do without rest of my life I would slit my throat.
