I was returning something to a store and people who work their like it's such a chore to have to do their fricking job and refund me. fricking pieces of shite

You should have heard the contempt through the drive thru speaker when I tried to substitute a soft taco with my crunch wrap supreme order last night after drinking.

Your transaction was probably handled by a person who meets the minimum qualifications to be a cashier. These people make a low wage, and are usually not professionally motivated to improve your experience.
There are some unicorns out there who have pride and patience, but you won’t find them at Wal-Marks.

I was in Sam's Club today (don't have a Costco nearby) and was directed to a closed checkout lane. Not sure if every Sam's is the same, but you're supposed to give an employee your cart and they put the items on the belt and then load them back into your cart when you're checked out.
I had this sorry motherfricker today who was just bitching up a storm about how he wasn't going to stay late. I had to load all my own shite onto the belt because he was too busy bitching. I haven't been that close to telling a mofo off in public in a long, long time. Your job is to literally place groceries on a belt and toss them into a cart. You actually get paid for this. And you're bitching about having to do it a few minutes longer?!

I understand the sentiment, and I've definitely had those feelings before, but you have to remember that the people I assume you're referring to make probably 10 dollars an hour and have to do work that is entirely unfulfilling and dull. I worked in fast food as a teenager and it was bad enough as an after school job...if that were my 30 year outlook I probably wouldn't want to do anything either.
