The crazy thing is that when we think of animals eating other animals we always think of big cats who quickly suffocate their victims or break their necks, so death is quick and humane. But only cats do this. The vast majority of animal eatings are straight out of a horror movie. A lot of animals just get swallowed whole, which effectively means death is caused by being squeezed into a vat of mild acid. I heard a story about an Australian woman who was swallowed alive by a giant Great White shark. Can you imagine what that would have been like?

I was in to say I think it is more odd that eating your own kind it the stranger to me than eating other animals. The weirdest ones to me are chimps, chickens and of al things hamsters.
