Why did JBE wait so late to put Louisiana in Phase 1

Louisiana was doing a relatively good job prior to that announcement. It should be in Phase 2 and nobody in smaller towns is going to enforce it.

Moron who wants money. Didn’t Mnuchin (sp?) say that feds won’t be giving money to bail states out who already had money issues?? No link but I read that somewhere.

Link to where Louisiana already had money issues? The budget was fricked up when JBE took office (thanks to Jindal) and it took extra sessions in order to get it worked out).. And for the people who see this as me blaming a Republican for fricking things up and it took a Democrat to come in an fix it. Get the frick over yourself. Jindal did frick the budget up, JBE had to clean things up when he got in office. I don't care what party they are in, that is an absolute fact. Look, I didn't like the idea of Hilary Clinton getting into office, but I think Trump is a fricking moron.
