Why can't North BR just be its own city?

I'm honestly amazed at all the redistribution of wealth from one area of the metropolis to another.

If the denizens if NBR are unhappy with the lack of businesses, they need to offers incentives to employers and develop a strong working class.

I think city should seprerate. And that St George should be created. Why force people into a school district, they are just going to either move out or allow a charter school to move in.

The irony is that North BR would have total control over their own city and how their money is spent. In the long run they would be better off.

PS. I'm not originally from BR, so if their is some history I am unaware of, speak up.

Plank Road could be it's Main Street and the center of the city's commerce.

Yes they can. They just need a push. They need someone who can capitalize on their strengths.

That’s like asking why a parasite can’t survive on its own.

I was thinking along the lines of creating a construction company. It would have plenty of low wage jobs that needed to be done.

What push is going to restore the black family, get them off the government tit, stop having more bastards than they can care for. make them stop killing each other and have some respect for civilization?

Long story short the democrats have completely fricked the black community as a whole by making them generationally dependant on their own demise.

By "we" do you mean NBR.

NBR will never be independent unless it stops using the South BR tax base for superfluous ideas such as a Zoo.

I love visiting Zoos. But NBR needs more industrial work.

Theoretically I suppose that's possible but it would require a change in culture and behavior. Stop having kids out of wedlock, put more emphasis on education and self sufficiency, remove criminals from the streets etc. I don't know how this could be accomplished. It's sad really. I remember much of NBR being pretty nice
