every person I've met in my life who criticized tats was a tub of lard. keep that in mind dude

hey.....I'm more or less making observations not necessarily criticizing.
Because someone gets ink doesn't mean anything less of a stand up person, BUT the choice of ink (including location) can give one insight to what type of person they may be......still, not definitive.
that said, #notatuboflard

Social norms change over time. Some things start out as outlying unacceptable actions. Over time the trends and stigmas change. Tattoos are a part of that now. The current generation doesn’t look at the decision anything like say us or our parents generation did. It’s acceptable and normal. There are things we do that would have blown peoples minds a couple of generations ago. Jeans in church? In the pulpit? Never. Ok. Trends. Love em or hate em....culture just keeps on moving.

this trend is 10 to 15 years old. Keep hoping it'll stop.
I do think it´s not as prevalent as before, however.

You aren’t considering the fact that many very tatted people are already incredibly successful. I’m talking everyday people, not celebrities.

I just don't understand why anyone would want a permanent drawing of something on their body. Would you wear the same outfit every day for the rest of your life?

As a general rule, those of us who are very attractive and mentally stable do not need tattoos. Those who have questionable looks or who have mental health issues often have tattoos as an attention getting device.
I consider myself a temple and work of art, so why let some drug-using "artist" stick a tattoo on me.

Did you really just wake up and realize this?
Funny enough, i had a good friend go in vacation this summer with his family and came back saying the same thing. He was saying stuff like it wasn’t just a couple people, it’s was the biggest percentage of people everywhere we went.
I asked him the same question. How do you go along everyday not realizing this?

I don't have any tattoos, but I always thought this would make a nice tattoo on the upper arm:

I spend a lot of time on the beach, and get to see an almost non-stop display of this junk art form. Why do I care, because I equate it with having to look at trash littered on the beach.

who cares what girls look like when they are 55 anyways dude. what an odd complaint
Yes, because attractive women are notorious for not caring about how they look, as they age.

Because these people don’t have to be presentable for work or job interviews because they are still living at home and being supported by their parents
