Your utter lack of self awareness is downright impressive.

I don't think that's weird at all.

Did you tell your girlfriend you ran into an old neighbor that you wanted to bang and asked her out to grab a bite to eat?

This woman sounds like a fine gal to decline his offer and did it in the most polite and sensible way. Instead of taking the L and going on with his life he's double and triple downed continually on his own delusions here. This woman has successfully avoided some bullshite in her life she didn't need with this fricking guy.

At this point if she had taken that lunch offer I think her body would have been found later buried under OP’s trailer.

Soon as you said “growing up we both had mutual attraction towards one another”

But you don’t see why it’s a bad idea to have a date with her?

No offense, but That woman is smart and loyal to her man, good for her…

The only thing that’s hilarious is a woman immediately shooting you down and you choosing to blame insecure husbands

I'm still laughing at people who think that being asked to grab some lunch equals "going on a date".

That kind of koo koo thinking is what psycho stalkers are made of.

yep, OP said it, and in his adolescent horniness haze assumed it was mutual

No, making 28 posts about getting shot down by a chick is.

And people keep telling you it’s fairly obvious she used the husband thing as an excuse but it doesn’t penetrate your brain.

Some dudes are pathetic and insecure.
If she is going to cheat, she's going to cheat.
If you don't trust her then why did you marry her?

I've had some experiences with women that I NEVER would have thought possible. Life happens, people are imperfect and make mistakes. When everything aligns just right, anybody can frick up. Doesn't mean she's a whore or a bad person, sometimes things happen. Especially co workers, we all spend more time at work than we do at home.

I’m not gonna read this whole stupid thread but have any comparisons to Hammertime’s ‘knuckle check’ thread been made yet? Because this sure reminds me of Hammertime’s knuckle check thread.

This could certainly be true.

But it's also true there's some pathetic "men" in here who don't trust their broads to even talk to other men.

Those things aren't mutually exclusive

Exactly.

I just can't imagine making the biggest commitment that you can make, marriage, and then still being an insecure/paranoid loon who freaks out if your wife has lunch with an old friend or coworker.

Good grief, If you think she's that loose then why did you marry her?

Are you going to spend the rest of your life spying on her, checking her phone etc like some nutjob?

What a screwed up way to live

You keep saying this, but you really have no clue what her husband thinks about her eating lunch with another man. All you know is she said no to eating lunch with you. Who gives a shite? Move on

Maybe she lied, maybe she didn't. There are dudes in this thread agreeing that a woman getting coffee with a man, no matter the circumstance is a date.

Deep down these dudes know they're slobs who let themselves go or married a low character broad or both and are playing mental gymnastics to make themselves feel better about it. Tough scene!

Not just talking about this chick.

Some woman at work noticed that I had my phone locked.
She said that her and her husband agreed not to password protect their phones so that they could check each others phone any time they want.

Married people are weird.
Either you trust them or you don't.
Stop being a paranoid loon or don't get married.

kind of hoping this is a troll, otherwise you're one of the most pathetic posters on here, the fact that you're getting support from one of the most pathetic posters on here reinforces that, unless of course, you're alters/butt buddies
