Why are women so difficult to deal with in a work situation?

Not trying to be sexist, man. Really. But among the things I have noticed:
Women create drama. Gossip and jealousy, stuff like that. Complaining about each other. They always seem to be keeping score.
They take more days off, which I can generally forgive based on the fact that many are mothers. But they always seem to be very precisely counting their PDO's and making a big deal about a day here or an hour there. And they worry about other women abusing time off.
They generally act more entitled than men, and freak over any hint of injustice. Is this just from PTSD due to years of oppression by the patriarchy?
I dunno, man. I like women, and my whole team is female.
But dudes just sort of keep to themselves and work for the most part.

Is this your first time being around women?

If you had a real job like welding you wouldn’t have to worry about women

Because they have been conditioned to believe that all we want to do is grab them by the pussy

"I think of a man, and then I take away reason and accountability."

If they did not have a pussy you could put a bounty on them.

I manage a smaller office and I will never have more than 4 women in the office at a time. Seems like every time there is more than that, the shite hits the fan and I have to fire someone.

I do too...it's weird tho, if there's only 1 girl or sometimes just 2, they tend to be less bullshite dramalords...when they start henning up together it's a cluckfest

I mean just about every situation, right?

Women have an emotional attachment to their place of work. They often take things personally and will be affected by work even after the day is done. Men, on the other hand, usually don't really let things at work get to them.

This is 100% on point.
