We always here about the rampant inner city crime. The shootings and petty theft. It deserves to be reported, but I feel its long term damage is mimimal (sans the innocents killed).

Crime that I find more damaging is white collar crime. People have stolen millions from companies. Identity theft. Paternity fraud. Civil Asset forfeiture (I don't care if its allowed, its BS)

Is it because hood crime is "more sexy" to TV moguls like FOX and CNN.

Poor grammar taught at Southern should be a crime.

I think Louisiana's cronyism probably impacts middle class people about as much as minority petty crime

Society may not notice, but the grammar crimes in your OP will be prosecuted here.

Why am I supposed to care about these shootings when 20 witnesses suddenly develop temporary blindness when interrogated. If a cop spits on the street it is videoed by 50 thu... uh, citizens.

where I stays, most of the inner city crime goes unreported.

there would have to be a 24 hour dedicated local news channel in order to do so.

People don't die for the most part in white crime. We respect life. Can't say that for you Africans. We have standards.

Wait, I am pretty sure OUR societies are two different worlds.

I still have my hubcaps.
