Why are men never seen in images of Fat acceptance?

They'll have white black asian latin... Young old middle-aged... Feminine and masculine looking.. women.....but why no men?
I'm just wondering why the movement would preclude men?
Also, I'm a little tired of groups saying there's an issue but not saying when they will agree that something's not an issue anymore.
Movements used to be a little responsible, example animals. Remember "endangered species" well when the animal is no longer endangered the movement stops. Ie "Save the whales"
So what is the metric for fat acceptance? At what point will fat people say "I don't feel like I'm treated differently."

I agree but what we are seeing is morbid obesity being pushed as normal for females. Some of these women are 50-100 lbs overweight.

Men aren’t (typically) as emotionally fragile as women, and don’t rely on constant being reassured that it’s okay to be a fattie

A dad bod to me is someone in the overweight BMI category who could stand to lose 20 lbs. I absolutely fit this description right now too.
