I'm atypical, I save up and pay cash for vehicles, then keep them for a long time.

Top one: F350 7.3 diesel, stock exhaust. Because it's a truck.

Bottom one: Cobra Terminator, custom (loud) exhaust. You would hate it, especially when the boost kicks in at around 3,000 RPM.

Have you considered they don't GAF what you think, that they are doing it because they like the sound? I know I like the sound of a hot car going through gears, mine or other folks.

Have you considered that you're annoying the frick out of everyone else around you?

And no, I don't want everything that I dislike to be made illegal.

Someone driving a straight piped pickup truck or mostly stock mustang/charger/camaro. Yeah they're probably not so smart.

Someone driving a Senna (which is loud AF). It's probably safe to say they're at least somewhat intelligent.

So much of that exhaust shite is banned in so many places but people do it anyway because it isn't enforced. If I were mayor, I would create a task force to crack down on these losers. But people would complain "what about all the rape and murder and auto theft" so I would get voted out. And the loud exhuast people would continue doing what they are doing.

I usually subscribe to the "It's your vehicle do what makes you happy club" but I do find it annoying for idiots in jacked up trucks or ricers with extremely loud exhaust systems that cannot resist constantly blipping the gas pedal just to make noise. I have an older F250 that I use to tow my trailer to move my tractor and materials around. Stock exhaust. We moved into our new house last year. Built on a big piece of land so I wouldn't have to deal with idiot neighbors as much. Across the street and 100 - 150 yd. up the street is the entrance to a small subdivision. There is an idiot living in there with a truck with a large lift on it (approaching monster truck height) with low profile tires (another of my pet peeves) and led lighting underneath and in the rims. I know whenever he enters and exits the subdivision. He is constantly on the throttle just making noise. It's ridiculous. If I lived in the subdivision I probably would have already snapped and put a few rounds right into the engine. Now back to the other pet peeve low profile tires on jacked up trucks, Jeeps or any other 4WD vehicle. Lifting a truck gains you ground clearance and the ability to run larger diameter tires. Both of these are beneficial offroad. Strapping low profile tires onto these vehicles turns a capable offroad vehicle into a mall crawler. Running low profile tires offroad especially if you are airing down is a sure way to damage tires and rims or break a bead loose. I know most 4WD vehicles will never see the woods, but it just annoys me. I am going to refrain from giving my opinion on the so-called Carolina squat as I think it is obvious that you should have a clear view of what's ahead of you when driving. Nuf said.

Probably true, but my S63 also has a distinct exhaust note that I enjoy.

I give it a pass if they’re under 30
Years old.

If you’re over 30 you should have grown out of having that shite on a daily driver. I enjoy the sound of a good exhaust but I will only have it on a classic car or off road only truck

One can try to make it as bad-azz as possible with all sorts of mods under the hood but, at the end of the day... it's still a convertible.
