Why are K9s never charged with police brutality?

The law protects these dogs like they are cops, but too many times I've seen videos of these dogs still chewing on some guy's arm long after they stopped resisting arrest. Just seems like a double standard.

Because canines are lesser beasts that we hold dominion over. It’s also why it’s retarded when people think their pets are just as important as real live human children. It’s just a fricking dog you losers.
