Why are females so entitled ?

After two months working at Kroger, I’ve only had like a dozen bad experiences with a customer. Every single one of them were women aged 35-65. It’s always the same.
“Why don’t you have this product? No I don’t like that brand, I want THIS brand? Can you check in the back? How do you not have it in the back? When’s the next truck coming in? Why don’t you know what’s on the next truck? I’m gonna have to go to Publix now because you guys don’t have it”
Like, bitch, go ahead and go to Publix. Why would you think I care?
