I blame the buyer’s agent who should have advised his client about the bubbles and then suggested buying a car cover. All about managed expectations.

Ask the bar owner to purchase both, and replace as necessary.

The bar owner said they offered to limit the times they ran the machine and wash the guys car for him regularly and he refused.
