Well, why don’t you quit complaining on the internet, and do what the boomers did….worked their asses off do they could afford shite like that.

Typical starting salaries are 4 - 5 times what they were when I started my career. There’s no reason people can’t have nice shite nowadays

Liberal trust fund millennials that hated their parents. If you’re wondering where all these 30 and 40 something millionaires posting IGs from Coachella & Burning Man? This is explains it.

No, they just elected the politicians and voted for the policies that made vehicles that expensive, held wage growth down, and made public schools in most cities absolutely horrible.

That is a good question. in general, when a boomer dies, no one is deemed worthy to take his/her possessions and are (including houses) are burned in a large ceremonial fire. The ceremony usually lasts 3 days with all adults on a strict fast. Many tears are shed and the person that is deemed to have cried the most gets the boomer's handkerchefs. Long-term statistics have shown that only 5% of the "inheriters" are deemed worthy and almost all of them are borderline.

I sometimes look at houses along Lake Austin and Travis. All are in the multiple of millions of dollars. There are no ‘humble’ camp styles. All multi million dollar mansions.

Even if someone gave me one, I couldn’t imagine what property taxes esp in Texas are on those.

With that said, I’ve never seen people throw money away on ‘services’ like the younger generation.

I will add that "Boomer worship" has gotten completely out of hand. We do not want to be worshipped. "Extremely highly respected," comes close to how we want to be remembered. Maybe beginning with 2 or 3 "Verys" at the beginning of that, preferably 3.

These properties will be sold to those that were smart enough to spend less than they make.

People have said the same for years with high end classics cars...

"Who is going to buy that classic Ferrari/Porsche/Corvette/Mustang/etc when these boomers die? Younger generation wants technology and automatics......"

Yet the market finds younger buyers everyday and the cars continue to appreciate

Gen X here and it's comical how many whiney bitch threads are started by whiney bitches about "boomers" being the cause of all their troubles.

They’re a terrible lot, every one of them have stolen from their children. Most of the time the idiots don’t even know it, that’s the sad part.

Wouldn’t the best deal actually be for the Xer or Millennial that inherits it for free?

Millennials “Boomers had it the easiest!!”

Two years later. Millennial or their Xer parent inherits house Boomer pays for.
