I stopped eating sugar and processed foods only three months ago and my fricking wrinkles are disappearing.
Diet and exercise absolutely DO work for everyone. She just doesn’t want to actually fricking do it. Not to the extent where it actually does anything. Because donuts.

I love when they complain their parents never taught them nutrition when they were gaming 18 hours per day. You think my parents taught me to eat right? We ate our parents out of their home but we were outside playing, riding bikes, playing sports until dark. Video games were for bad weather and Saturday night.
