It's a question of faith in Jesus as our savior. He is the Son of God and came to our world to die for our sins. I just pray for our country that regardless of how you all feel about this, that one day our country will turn back to Christ and elect people who carry the banner of Christ.
The draft will reveal some sort of plan they have to resign or replace.
Let them strike. It's their choice. Accept what's being laid out, or walk out.
This country was founded on Christian principles and morals.

Put in the time, show some initiative and he'll be welding pretty soon. Add on some certs in other welding areas and he'll be rolling.
God's word is the truth. Whatever is contained in it will come to pass. As a Christian I believe Jesus will come again to take his church with him. I'm ready for that to happen. As far as I'm concerned, it's time to Jesus to rescue us from this world. Listen to Lonesome River Band's song "Gabriel's Waiting" and it sure sends a message.
use checks periodically for paper trail purposes. don't like to have to pay 3 or 4 percent more on card purchases.
Either at Southern Club in Opelousas hanging out with buddies or at Evangeline Club in Ville Platte trying to avoid the fights.
I'll bet they got some Bama coaches sending out resumes this week. Not the head guy but the assistants probably so. They ain't used to a butt kicking like this.
That BYU vs. Georgia Tech game was fun to watch. They both wanted it bad and it was back and forth. Pride for the players and the program still means something.
Christ defeated death and is alive today. To God be all Glory and Praise.
Today is the greatest day in the history of mankind. The promised Messiah, God in the flesh, was born to save the world . Let us give thanks for a such a loving God who was born of a virgin and still lives among us today. Praise Jesus!!
Good coach. Finer man. Sulphur is fortunate to get him. He will expect hard work and tenacity and his teams will win in time. Not going to be out prepared.
The younger age groups don't understand about having some sort of ability to pay their bills. I'm 68 and am very conservative with expenses. I remember being young and spending money on every whim that would come my way. Lots of regrets but thankful for SS to help pay current bills.

re: LSU coaching search back in 1999

Mark Emmert was chancellor back then and made the announcement of Saban being hired. Said something to the effect the if you want to catch a big fish, you have to put your line in deep water. This was in regard to the contract that was given to Saban plus the improvements to the facility that LSU had to make. Total surprise as I remember that Saban was even being considered.
Wife was a charge nurse in one for a time back in the 90's. She'll tell you that if you didn't pay close attention, some clients would be deprived of basic comforts. But, it's a shame when simple human dignity gets degraded like this. I visited one in 1973 as a freshman in high school to provide some basic treats that we as a 4H club had collected. I was so overwhelmed with the suffering and lackadaisical attitude of the staff, I didn't go back to one for 30 or so years. It just had that smell of urine and poop. Some of those poor people were left at the door with a suitcase and a few belongings and left. No visits, no mail, no phone calls. It was pitiful.
Different era. Different expectations. Ridiculous amounts of more money. It's gotten out of hand.
I tend to agree with that. You have some say, but you don't go around saying how much say you have.
Fill it to the rim with Brim. Best part of waking up is Folgers in your cup!!
Definitely would play for Kelly. Won at all levels. Needs an NC at LSU to top the cake, but I really believe he's a proven winning head coach.
