I've met and talked to the guy. Seems like a really good guy. Very intelligent and also seems to love he city.

I've seen her out there on Carrollton pretty recently. She always wears the same pinkish shirt. Maybe she has two spots? Or it's a different person.
There's also a new mainstay out there who has a tarp set up and pretends to play golf nonstop all day.
